    My Daughters New Kitty

As many of you saw, we lost our dear Maine Coon a few weeks ago. Well we went to the local Humane Society and look what was there:

Big ears, very furry, Maine Coon mix. He's doing well and very playful and is attached to her like a little kid. She named him Gizmo.

He's a snuggle bug for sure. Purrs so loud, you can hear it from accross the room. When we first brought him home, he hid most of the time. It didn't take but 24 hours and he's making himself right at home. Is litter trained and no accidents! He's just now getting used to our playful yellow lab who wants to sniff him all the time.

Awwwwwwwww Gizmo is soooooooooo adorable. Welcome little guy, hope to see more lovely pics of you.
He reminds me of my Mooky, who is also a Main Coon mix, when he was 5 weeks old.

This is what you have to look forward to in a year's time.

What a little cutie. Really like the name too.

I am so happy that you foud a little one that you liked. He sounds like he is doing great and settling right in. It does take a little time for most kitties to get adjusted to a new place.

We expect to see many more pictures as he grows, or as soon as you can manage.

I think he looks like a little Bob. I will need to see more pictures to be sure.

See, we suggested to go check out the shelters it is amazing what can find you.
    Bob & Joey,
and their happy and willing slave, Bryan.

Many Thanks to Kay for the Picture.

What a precious little fella. I am always amazed at what
beautiful animals you can see at most any Humane Society or
Shelter. I'd be tempted to put Gizmo in a little sling pouch
and carry him around everywhere I went.

So cute! Looks like our Pouncer! Ok, so Pouncer isn't MC or anything.. and has lost his kitteny fluffiness. But his markings and sweet face look alike. Congrats on the new member of the family.

I read your post about the breeder - what a great idea to have a brother! Pouncer has a fabulous big brother, Allen who takes very good care of the kitten and they've bonded marvelously.

    Here's Pouncer

I'm jealous of the fluffiness... especially the tail. Good luck in finding the perfect brother!
