What should I do?

There is a little puppy ( sounds like) over there at the hunter's club. It keeps on shrieking and yelling in such. It sounds like it is in pain. I don't want to go over there and look over the fence, because that would be an invasion of privacy. But....
What if the puppy is hurt or is short on it's leash and is choking itself. I don't want to listen to it anymore. What should do?
