Mumbles is gorgeous...I wish we could have a pet bird, but we have lots of kitties. I love birds. And all you special people who adopt them are wonderful. Keep sending the bird pictures. They always bring a smile to my face.
The closest I got to having birds of my own was taking care of 2 cockatiels my old boss brought into work because his wife didn't like them.

I taught them to talk, they would sit on my hand or shoulder as I typed, they thought I was their mum I think, and they flew around the office visiting co workers. ( Of course their wings were clipped though so they couldn't go toooooo far!

I miss them so much.

Good morning, Mumbles! I can certainly understand why your parents love you so much! What a beautiful, happy girl you are!!!

I can just picture you following them around the house, just checking out what they are doing!

Hi there pretty, pretty girl!! How I would love to have a feathered friend just like you! I laughed so hard when I read how you climb the stairs, looking for your Mommy! And you're the first bird I've met that has her very own blankie!! What a sweetheart! Unfortunately, my pack of 2 very frisky dogs and 2 kitties just wouldn't allow a birdie to enjoy the freedom I know she/he would love! You're so lucky to have such a wonderful, carefree loving home, beautiful Mumbles! And you and your family are equally blessed to have one another to love and cherish! Me-eow! What a pretty bird you are -- and such a love. My KatMa would love to have a sweet birdie like you BUT she doesn't trust moi!

Well, I do understand my KatMa's feelings 'cause I was an abandoned, abused kitty who had to eat from garbage pails, or hunt mice and birdies to survive -- until I adopted my KatMa & Pawpaw. Sooooo my hunting instincts are very, very developed, keen & sharp which means just maybe I wouldn't understand that a little pet Birdie is not lunch...

Mumbles is very pretty. I'm trying to talk my parents into getting me a parakeet. My dad thinks we have too many pets already. And we only have two! A dog, and a guinea pig. Well, please respond! (I hate it when no one responds). ASAP. Thanks
