    Some new photos I took in the meantime

    Here are some new cuddling photos of my girls. Lily is 5 months old now, but she still tries to suckle and Luna allows her to do that.

    A while ago she started suckling at Luna's "thumb", you can see it in some of the pictures.

    Oh - they're so sweet and beautiful. Nothing says "love" and "warmth" and "serenity" like a cat!

    Those pictures are precious. I especially love the picture of Luna bathing and Lily suckling Luna's thumb. I have really missed seeing picutres of these girls. Thanks for sharing those pictures.

    Awwww...those are so precious! Luna seems like such a good "mother." And Lily is just so sweet. In the one pic it looks like she's making biscuits while "nursing." Great pics, and it's nice to see them again!

    Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) is a full management plan in which stray and feral cats already living outdoors in cities, towns, and rural areas are humanely trapped, then evaluated, vaccinated, and sterilized by veterinarians. Kittens and tame cats are adopted into good homes. Healthy adult cats too wild to be adopted are returned to their familiar habitat under the lifelong care of volunteers

    Yeah - I got my Luna and Lily fix today!! I just love pictures of those two together. I've never had cats do that. The closes mine ever get is just to land a swat on each other or to wrestle.

    Just look at those two!!!! Luna certainly has the "mothering" role down to a science, doesn't she??? Who would have thought they would be such good friends??
