Cat Games!

I'm working away in my home office and hear the distinct sounds of cat interaction. I sneak out into the hallway and find....

Edwina decided to show off by rolling around on the step...

She rolled right off the step in front of Eddie! With no one to blame it on she stalked off down the stairs to regain her dignity!

I can read his mind - he's thinking "She's just going to walk off and pretend like it didn't happen! I won't let her live it down, though." Poor girl - she's going to be teased incessantly.

Oh the humility of it all! Poor Edwina! Here she is, finally trying to be nice and actually maybe "come on" to Eddie, and look what happens.

Bet she'll be in a foul mood with him for the next couple of days now.

Eddie looks like he is thinking "klutz!" Unfortunately I can tell by Edwina's tail she really is embarrassed. I would have thought she could have recovered sufficiently to raise it quickly high in the air as if nothing had happened. Methinks this was a BIG embarrassment for her.

Poor Edwina, she has all the grace in the world and she falls right in front of Eddie. Give her a head rub for me. And Eddie...no snickering (at least not in front of the Lady).
