    Dog-O-Ween * photos *

    I wasn't sure if this should go in the new 'Meeting' forum or here... Since it's all dog photos I decided this would be good

    Yesterday was Seattle's Dog-O-Ween We met up with Tom and Katz (tomkatzid) and Kat (Cheshirekatt) and of course the furkids! Here's a few pics from the event:


    this basset won a prize for her pig costume


    this weim won "scariest costume" He was a cop dog


    bumble bees were a very popular costume!


    The winners for best group costume!! Lucee, Ashlee, Nina, & Wilson! Way to go!!

    It seemed like throughout the whole day there was always a dog laying in this puddle between those rocks. I really want to know why that was so entertaining to them!!

    UPDATE!

    Guess what?!?

    Avie (my great-aunt) was telling me earlier this morning that she saw a brief showing of the 'Dog-O-Ween' on the news last night. A few hours later, as I was showing her my pics from the event, she pointed to Lucee in this photo:

    and said 'that's the dog they showed on the news'
    When she saw the other photos of Lucee in her costume she was even more sure of it She said they showed one other dog, but she didn't see it in any of my photos.

    So, another congrats to Lucee for making it on the evening news!!

    Did anyone else catch it?? Avie couldn't remember which channel she saw it on.

    I didn't see her, but a friend of mine said he saw ME on the news last night, NW cable news channel 2, and today they have been showing a little bit of the dog-o-ween on that channel.
    Boy, a month or so ago Lucee was dumped in the woods, now she is a TV star.....you go girl!!!!
    I sure wish Avie could have made it to the dog-o-ween, she is great.....tell her we hope to see her in the future.......tom

    Yet another album...

    I put all the photos my dad took with his camera into an album for him. He has an Imagestation account so he can view my albums, but never uses it for photo storage
