    Wild Doggy!

I finally got Duke in action after a bath. That's after I got a few pics of just carpet. I always yell "wild doggy" when he's running and I'm trying to keep him going. Here he is feeling all frisky after his bath.

And this one is going to be another one of my favorites. He looks so sweet.

I just wish I hadn't cut off the bottom of his face
And one more. Here he is with one of my favorite fake dogs. I tried to get him to think it was real but didn't work.

I did the right thing by setting you free
But the pain is very deep.
If only I could turn back time, forever, you I'd keep.
    I miss you

I hear you whimper in your sleep
I gently pet you and say, no bad dreams
It will be alright, to my dog as dark as night.

Fur as dark as the night.
    Join me on this flight.
Paws of love that follow me.
In my heart you'll forever be.

How I wish I could hold you near.
Turn back time to make it so.
Hug you close and never let go.

I loved the pics of your "wild doggy". LOL. This pic is very
good. It reminds me of my Buddy's eyes & his "widow's peak".
(That dark shaped hair over his eyebrows). Such a handsome
    boy Duke.

I'm sending you a big hug Duke because you are so sweet. **sigh** I gotta get a dog when I retire. I keep saying that but the more doggy pics I see the more convinced I am.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand and strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!
