    What a beautiful face to see this mornig for the DOTD!!.... I am so glad that you found yourself a wonderful furrever home!... with lots of room to run and friends at the bark park to play with. You look so pretty sitting on the porch and I hope you live an extra happy long life!!... CONGRATULATIONS for being the DOTD!!... You sure deserve it. Hope you get lots of extra hugs and kisses today..

    I can't believe that you can make a piano rattle, WOW! what a "bawl" you have!

    I'm so glad that your family came & gave you a forever home, it sounds like a great place to live, playing at the park, hunting...what more could a dog like you want!

    Belle, my poodle, Bella, was so excited to "meet" a pupster with almost her same name! We are soooo impressed with your abilities as a howler! (Don't tell her I said this, but my Bella couldn't howl if her life depended on it.) I would love to be able to hear you in person! Here's a hearty congratulations to a fellow New Jerseyan who has claimed the honors as Dog of the Day! Howl on Belle!!

    Belle, my neighbors had a pair of hounds...I think they were called Tennessee Tree Walkers. They could bawl like no others and it always made me laugh. The first time I heard them I was sure that they were in some horrible pain - but no - it is normal.

    You are just a beauty. I sure am glad that you have found a home where you are truly appreciated.

    Mew, Belle -- you are very aptly named! What a beauty you are and my KatMa has fallen for you big time...

    Thank goodness there are groups who rescue Coonhound and Greyhound dogs. Your fur~ents know how to love & care for you -- it shows in your picture. Mew, I want to know: do you "bawl" at the moon like our sweet Bobby dog did ?? (The late Bobby is KatMa's precious Beagle-mix girl who lived to the ripe old age of 17 3/4 years)

    The Summit Palace porch looks very inviting so no wonder it is your favourite place to nap...

    I must say, they don't come any purrrtier than you, beautiful Belle! What a stunning Houndie girl! I'm not surprised to read that you captured your Mommy's eye and then her heart, with such ease! And I have to tell you Belle, the howl of a hound is music to this dog lover's ears, though I've never met one before that could "play" the piano! So many wonderful, deserving dogs such as yourself are waiting patiently to be rescued.
