How old is Maggie? I know that younger cats will sometimes do this. My Sky still does this and he's 1 year old. He still has a lot of kitten in him. Sometimes cats become overstimulated and then they'll bite to let you know that they've had enough. If you use your hands when playing with them, then they think that it's okay to attack your hands. Each time she tries to bite you, just say no or no bites in a stern voice and then ignore her. I'm sure that others will have advice too. Good luck.

I forgot to add that you can also say "Ouch!!!" very loud and act like you're in pain. This approach may help train her as well.
