I am not against breeding, I just have a few questions
1. is she CERFed? OFAed? if you dont know what they are then I suggest breeding will be an extremly bad idea.
2. how old is she? if its her first heat forget it. never breed until they are at LEAST 2 years old.
3. why do you want to breed blue bell?
4. will she somehow improve the breed?
5.does she show outstanding working ability?
6.has she ever been worked?
7.is she a show aussie or real aussie?
8. do you know whats involved in breeding?
9. what do you plan to do with the pups?
10. do you have homes lined up?
11. are you prepared to spend every waking minut with the pups? are you prepared to be staying up all night and bottle feeding if anything should happen and the pups need hand fed?

According to your profile, you're 12. You're WAY too young to be breeding (even if you did get her checked and all). Firstly, your parents say you're not allowed to have another dog. RESPECT THAT. Don't be a rebel and breed your dog because your parents say you can't have ONE other dog. That would only show them how irresponsible you are and may make them question whether or not you can handle blue belle alone. Secondly, we're talking about a litter of puppies. NOT just one other dog. These are breathing, living things. Are you prepared to stay up all night to make sure your girl makes it? Are you prepared to bring your dog to the vet's immediately if something happens to her? It's very risky and you can end up losing her. What will you do if you don't find homes for all pups? What if the pups' future owners come back to you and complain that they have bad eyes, hips or any other genetic problem. Will you be ready to offer them back their money and take back and find another home for the dog? This isn't just a thing that leaves you the moment the pups leave you. You're responsible for the pups until the day they pass. I'm sorry if this comes off as rude but I'm all for rescue and against breeding if you're not doing the right tests and not breeding with great breed representatives.

1) Can you afford the vet bills if something may happen to the bitch, i.e birth complications?
2) Can you afford the vet bills to have all of the puppies vaccinations and other shots?
Those count too, vet bills cost a lot of $$!!![]()
