It was a peaceful, quiet day. That is until, the beast arrived....
I slowly opened the white bubble-lined envelope it arrived in....without warning, the beast leaped out, attacking me with it's needle-sharp spines! Suddenly, my hero arrived! His piercing blue eyes gleamed with ferocity. He lunged at the assailant, biting into it's soft flesh...
It was a long, terrible battle...
But in the end, my hero claimed victory. Ignoring the sharp spines still piercing his tender mouth, he triumphantly walked away carrying his trophy, the beast.
Thanks zanzanfergie for the wonderful gifts you sent to Nebo! He has truely enjoyed battling his new Echidna toy, and that collar looks adorable on him!

Hope the collar fit ok! We must have looked so stupid in the pet store, trying to figure out exactly how big the neck of a Siberian Husky is...all for a good (and handsome) cause, though, with pics as evidence
