    Two on antibiotics

This past Tuesday I had to take Little Kim to the vet for a possible UTI. She had to have a urinalysis and is now on antibiotics. They DID find crystals in her urine, but they are the type that should NOT have formed because she is already eating the food that they wanted to prescribe for her. I need to wait until Monday to find out if I need to put her on a DIFFERENT food.

Then today, I caught Jim spraying my closet door (yes, the dreaded pee-ing outside the box). So off to the vet he went for a urinalysis and he is ALSO on antibiotics. He had a fever but his urine was negative, no crystals and no blood. PLEASE PRAY that it is NOT behavioral. I do not know if I could deal with that.

    When it rains it pours.

If he has a fever, then it shouldn't be behavioral! I'm so sorry, Jen... yep, just like with human kids.... when one is sick, they all get it!

I'll be praying for a speedy recovery for these two babies!

True, that is what I am hoping, But I always worry that it is the WORST case scenario.

Oh Jen I'm so sorry to hear this. I can't imagine how frustrating it must be to deal with a spraying cat. Prayers on the way for the sickies and that the antibiotics works. Please give them head-bumpies for me.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand and strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!
