This is my back yard. I live in a city row house so the yard is small. Here are a few pictures. (The look always changes depending on which plants are bloming)

In the last picture, what is that white flower?
It's a clematis. It is a climbing vine.Originally posted by Freckles

I have two purple varieties of Clematis. Just haven't seen that particular one.
When I read GARDEN, I had to stop and read.
I love the flowers, just beautiful.
I bet you love to sit out back, or look out
your window.

Wow these roses. I have a deep violet clematis but it is not as rich in flowers as yours. Thanks for sharing![]()
Jen, you have achieved a little bit of Heaven right there in your back yard. Congratulations on a beautiful garden. Your flowers, like your cats, show the effects of your tender, loving care.

It loks very nice, look at all of those beautiful flowers.

Jen, your garden is just beautiful! I must admit that I too love to be outside digging in the dirt and planting things and making the world a prettier place in my own small way. Since the arrival of Bella I have had to tone it down a little though. In the past she loved to dig up anything that was newly planted. In fact one of the things she dug up was my kitties' catnip plant. Boy were "the boys" mad about that! Your pictures have given me a thought to try again. Maybe she is able to leave things alone. She has stopped digging holes and, after all she is a little older now.Aaah, one of the many nice things about cats - they don't dig up the yard!
