    I use Paint Shop Pro 7. I had PSP 8, but I liked PSP 7 better You can download a 30 day trial at www.jasc.com

    Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) is a full management plan in which stray and feral cats already living outdoors in cities, towns, and rural areas are humanely trapped, then evaluated, vaccinated, and sterilized by veterinarians. Kittens and tame cats are adopted into good homes. Healthy adult cats too wild to be adopted are returned to their familiar habitat under the lifelong care of volunteers

    I just tried and I could download it.

    Did you manage to get to the "download" box? You must select SAVE this program to disk.

    Once you have done that, you then find where you saved it and click on the file psp801ev.exe to open it. It might place a shortcut on your desktop too ......
