    Laundry Basket

Mmm. We must have nearly every cat toy known to man.

So what is Bramble playing with........

Laundry Basket knocked on it's side, she uses it like a giant hamster wheel
    and
    A clean yellow duster

    Cats

    {I'm going to post a short video of hamster wheel action later}

She actually tries to climb the basket from both the inside & outside. The basket has run her over several times (I haven't got that on the web cam sadly)

    Aren't kittens FUN

LOL! Crazed kitten energy is a marvelous thing!

Of course, the rule that "everything that's not tied down is a cat toy" has a kitten corollary--everything, tied down or not, is a kitten toy!

    LOL

We don't bother much with expensive kitty toys, the only one's we've bought are those little plastic balls with the bells in them. All three are now residing peacefully under the fridge. During their sabbatical, Pixel makes do with:

    • Running Up and Down the stairs
    • Chewing little bits of plastic which come from some unknown, hidden Coke bottle lid
    • Chewing paperbacks
    • Chewing cardboard
    • Chewing Meowmie and Daddy
    • Ambushing Meowmie and Daddy
    • Tearing around like she's sitting on a small ICBM

    ... You get the idea!

Mum to two little humans, a very vocal 14 year old Ragdoll, and a super energetic and snuggly rescue kitten.

    No cat toys bought

I have tried the store bought cat toys and even beds. They don't work. Frankie will play in the laundry basket, and loves it when you turn it over on him. They will play in cardboard boxes, with balls of aluminum foil, plastic out of the trash, especially if it makes noises, book marks, rolls of any type of tape, and even chew on emory boards.

For a bed, it is usually a sofa pillow, or any piece of clothing (even dirty).
    Purrsonally yours,
