    how many allowed?

    I know some of you have several cats...... and I am getting there myself ........ I was wondering, are there any city laws that limit the amount of cats a person can have?

    I do believe there are some laws, luckily not here in AZ. I just found this article:

    Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) is a full management plan in which stray and feral cats already living outdoors in cities, towns, and rural areas are humanely trapped, then evaluated, vaccinated, and sterilized by veterinarians. Kittens and tame cats are adopted into good homes. Healthy adult cats too wild to be adopted are returned to their familiar habitat under the lifelong care of volunteers

    My city has a limit - 3 dogs, 4 cats. Otherwise you need a kennel license. I can get one more cat and stay legal, the dog quota is full.

    Limit here is 4 dogs and 6 cats! I'm quite surprised it's that many since I live in such a densely populated area.

    The limit here is 2 dogs, and you can have how ever many cats you want I have 13 cats right now

    In the city I live in, we are only allowed 2 animals. Can you believe it. But I don't think it is really inforced, unless someone complains.
    SSHHHHH don't tell anyone, but I have 3, hee, hee, hoping for number 4 soon.
