Has Anyone Seen or Used This?

Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) is a full management plan in which stray and feral cats already living outdoors in cities, towns, and rural areas are humanely trapped, then evaluated, vaccinated, and sterilized by veterinarians. Kittens and tame cats are adopted into good homes. Healthy adult cats too wild to be adopted are returned to their familiar habitat under the lifelong care of volunteers

Yes, but rather costly! I wonder if it works?

Is this like canned air? If it is, I would be very hesitant to buy it. If somehow the can got knocked off a counter and the motion detecter went crazy, and kitty got too close, the air in canned air, if it is shaked or if the can is upsidedown, is like dry ice.. it can give the kitty frostbite. I use my canned air as a deterrent, but I don't shoot it at the cats, I shoot it over their heads.. it's the noise they hate, and I always make sure I'm holding the can steady and upright. I couldn't find if this is like the canned air we buy for computer dusting on the website though..

    It says it contains:

The refill SSSCAT contains a gas (R134A), which is harmless for the animal, people and the environment.

I've never heard of this product before. I don't think that I'd use it though. It does sound too good to be true.

The theory behind this seems sound, but it does look like it could tip over rather easily. And if it does, then what happens?

    Mmm.
I need to disuade Milo from jumping up on the cooker, this might be the answer.
I wonder if I could bluetack, the bottle to the counter, to prevent it tipping up ?
It is quite pricey but would work when no humans are present, which is a big advantage.

R134a is a common refrigerent/propellent. It's used in asthma inhalers so it'd BETTER be safe.
