We had puppy class tonight, and went out to eat afterwards, so by the time we were coming home it was like 9:00 and *dark* outside. We were coming down Main Street (no street lights anywhere) and I noticed a car parked on the side of the road, and a whole bunch of kids hanging around. THEN, I notice that a girl was sitting in the driver's seat hanging her arm out the window holding onto a leash. This poor little pup (very young puppy) was in the MIDDLE of the road terrified of the cars whizzing past. He was a dark colored pup, and kinda hard to see in the dark. My window was rolled down and I yelled, "Hey, what do you think your doing to that poor pup??" as we drove past, and she "gave me the finger" in response. Ugggh it made me so mad! GRRRR!
