    Mouse time

Since my guys actually killed a real mouse in the house this morning (a very gross site to see) I decided to buy them a catnip one to feast on instead.

There's no pumpkin cause she destoys every toy she sees. I tried giving it to her and she started to tear it apart at the seams and they only had it for a few minutes!!!

    What wonderfully cute pics!!

I tell you from experience. It is so much better when they actually kill them quickly. We live in the mountains and in the late fall it feels like a hoarde of them come streaming in to hide from the cold. We try plugging all holes but it always seems like they find another. My Deirdre is quite the Mighty Huntress. I can't tell you how many times I have been standing behind Deirdre with my fingers in the sides of her mouth while my husband stands in front of her with a plastic cup under her mouth while I tell her over and over while trying to pry open her jaws.....drop the mousie Deirdre drop it...she is growling and lashing her tail...eventually she drops it and Brian catches it in the cup to be rerealed into the woods for another chance at life. If I can't keep her from catching them then I would rather she killed them quickly which does happen..

We also try to plug up the holes so they cannot get in and this is the first time one got in. I am still in shock both that the mouse got in and that the cats killed it. I hope this doesn't happen anymore...

Tama looks very much like Filou in the pic in which you see his little butt

And Tigris just like Pumpkin is the big destroyer. You always must make sure that he can only destroy the older worn out toys

Great pics. I can see they really enjoy that little mousie. I'm going to have to shop around and find one for Mooky.

Max bought in a mouse that was still alive last month. Luckily enough the mouse was fine and we put him back out in the garden again and kept Max in.

I sadly found a dead mouse in the garden last week though.
