    Barney Our Male Calico

    Barney in the cat run.

Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) is a full management plan in which stray and feral cats already living outdoors in cities, towns, and rural areas are humanely trapped, then evaluated, vaccinated, and sterilized by veterinarians. Kittens and tame cats are adopted into good homes. Healthy adult cats too wild to be adopted are returned to their familiar habitat under the lifelong care of volunteers

Yes it is! They kept asking me, "are you sure it's not female" when I was scheduling to have him neutered!

Lut I can't view your photos!

He is beautiful. Here's my female calico, Ginger. I don't know how people get such nice photos of their cats. Honest, my cats are cute, but they all look weird in pictures. I guess it's a matter of taking more until I get some good ones.

Ginger doesn't look weird, she's beautiful! And her goofy sitting position shows her personality, and she looks like a real sweety sitting like that. Tubby sits like that a lot too.

And Barney is beauti....errr....very handsome. He looks like he has one of those faces that seems to have a perpetual smile on it.

They're very rare. 98% of calicos are female!
