    Saw This On Another Board

    ++++++PLEASE CROSSPOST WIDELY++++++

Some of you may already know about a case TEARS is currently working
involving at a single residence that began with over 130 dogs. The
dogs on the site live in small pens of rank muck, they have serious
amounts of intestinal parasites, skin problems including, but not
limited to, sarcoptic mange, and fungal infections. They are
malnourished. They have bad teeth from lack of proper nutrition. Some
of the dogs are positive for heartworms. As we are now coming into
puppy season there are several pregnant females with one having
delivered, 5 pups, 3 days ago (born March 17th)

So far TEARS has been able to rescue 39 dogs, along with 6, 1 day old
pups. These fortunate ones have already either been adopted or are
safe in foster care receiving the medical care and nutrition they
have lacked for so long. There are many other dogs at this residence
still waiting for their chance at a quality life.

TEARS is not in a position to do anything more for these dogs than to
try to find others to help save them. We have spent close to $2,000
of our groups precious dollars from a bank account that is now so low
that offering help to the many others that need us is difficult. All
this just to buy them some time. TEARS is all that is standing
between life and death for these innocent animals. The owners and
others who want to have all of the animals euthanized. Their time is
short. PLEASE step up and help us to save more.

We are asking for other rescue groups and/or individuals who are
willing to take one or more of these dogs to offer them a second
chance. All we ask is that you be willing to go the 'long haul' to
save them. These babies have already been though so much, some living
in this hell their whole lives!! We simply want the dogs that are
rescued to be truly SAVED. Some will require more vet care and
socialization than others. You simply won't know much until the dog
is pulled away from this environment, given some time for re-
adjustment and vetted. The dogs health, temperament, nor sex can be
guaranteed. All the dogs remaining are mixes. There are sizes to suit
anyone from about 35 lbs up to about 70 lbs. Age ranges from 3 days
old and up. The dogs that have already been rescued are doing great
and coming around quickly to being absolutely wonderful companions.
They are so very gracious for having been saved! Of the adults that
have been rescued about 80% have been heartworm negative. These dogs
are desperate for your love, compassion and willingness to offer life
a chance! ****PLEASE HURRY TIME IS SHORT FOR THE REMAINING DOGS****
