    rabbits and rasins??

    can rabbits have rasins as a treat ever like 3-5 days?/ thanks

    I'd say it depends on the digestive system of the bunny....

    Suddenly my Chocolate Bunny cannot have any fruit...even the tinest piece gives her mushy poop. On the other hand Velvet, Emma, Maple, Noah, Daisy and Marie don't have any trouble with fruit at all.

    You are right to be concerned. Fruit is high in sugar and that's not good for buns. Her size and I think age will also determine if her digestive system can handle the fruit or not. I'd try giving your bun 2 or 3 raisins and then watch her to make sure she digests it well and doesn't cause any pooy problems. I would limit any fruit to twice a week.

    ok thanks. I gave her a rasin and she had really mushy poop. Should I stoip now? Thanks

    Im no bunny expert, but if it gave her mushy poop, i would definately stop!
