Thread: Bad News

    Bad News

    I have bad news everybody my dog Clifford passed away last night. He was the greatest dog i have ever known, he was one of the smartest i've ever known and the sweetest dog i've ever known. He has heartworms and he started getting worse in the past week and then a couple days ago he just started getting better again. Last night when i got home from my b/f's house he was laying down and i went to pet his stomacha nd he moved his arm like he was telling me where he wants to be petted and he hasen't done that in a coupls days and he also lifted his head up and was able to hold it up. So i thought he was going to be back to normal well i woke up this moring and dad told me the bad news. Mom found him when she woke up this morning. I dont know if i'm going to be able to stop crying. Well at least he lived his last 2 months inside instead of outside in the cold and at least he's to a better place and i hope he's telling all his friends up there about his happy life down here. I hope my friends at school give me support cause they knew how much i loved him cause i never stoppped talking about him.

    I will have my Dear Scrubber meet him at The Rainbow Bridge so he doesn't feel alone....

    i'm so sorry that clifford left so soon. i am glad that he knew warmth, food, love and petting his last months. rest well clifford

    your precious Clifford isnt dead
    he's on vacation to the Rainbow Bridge instead
    i know hard it can be
    i lost my dog 2 weeks ago you see
    someone told me about the Rainbow Bridge
    and it helped alot( i couldnt think of anything to rhyme with Bridge leave me alone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LoL)
    now both our dogs are having a blast
    and when we see them again forever it will last

    So very sorry to hear about Clifford. You gave him lots of love and you have those good memories of him. He is running and playing free as a young healthy pup at the Rainbow Bridge. Feel free to come and talk about him here anytime if you need to.
