Wanting to jazz up my profile...

so how do I get an avatar up and pictures in my signature. I'm horrible with html, etc. Any gentle advice appreciated.

For an avater go into "user cp" and click on edit options, then scroll way down to the bottom and theres a thing that says change avatar, or somthin like that, then you can upload a picture, but it has to be a small 66 x 66 picture i belive;.

As for the Signature. Chose the image you'd like to use and upload it onto a web server [Most pet talkers and I use www.imagestation.com] Right click on the image when you upload it and copy it's direct URL. Insert it into you signature using the [ img ][ /img ] code...... like this [ img ] IMAGE's URL [ /img ] with NO spaces. Your signature can be accessed by going to User CP and then EDIT PROFILE.

If you're confused about anything just holler. And if i need to i'll make you an illustration for the sig too

A hint for creating your signature. If you have images already at Imagestation, you can go to your album and select "edit album images" and it will pull up all your photos in thumbnails. You can then just right-click and continue on as if you were posting an image.

That way, they are already small enough.
