Somebody's having a birthday on Thursday

And a happy one too!!! It's Honey's birthday, and she is 3 years old. She was born on December 6, 1998!! And boy are we glad she was. She has been a joy, and we are so proud of her, and all she has accomplished over the last part of this year. She's so much happier, and not nearly as scared as she used to be. I wish I had a new picture to share with you, but instead, I'll post my all time favorite of Honey, with her favorite girl, Helen. Honey was Helen's birthday present on her 8th birthday.

Zippy, Dec. 6 is Honey's real birthday, about six weeks later, I rescued her from the pen in the breeder's backyard, and she went to stay with one of my Golden Retriever loving friends for 4 days, until Helen's real birthday, January 29!! You can't imagine my excitement, waiting to put that little Golden bundle in Helen's arms!!
