    update on spots

the breeder of my friends rats who have the spots has emailed me back and tells me that the rats parents have absolutely no dalmatian genes...apparently they have lines that date far back and do not consist of any dalmatian rats...
so what could this mean? a mutated gene? or maybe the breeder made a mistake somewhere?
    I've been BOO'd!

    They are probably just siamese.

If you sent me a picture I could tell you exactly what they are. Genes can stay hidden for years!
