What a treat, having the pleasure of honoring one oh so handsome, pawsitively precious, Orange Tabby boy! Yes, Buddy, today your star shines brightly as our very special and most deserving Cat of the Day! But nowhere does your star shine more brightly than in your humans' hearts!

We are so thankful to your humans for choosing adoption those many years ago, welcoming you into their home and hearts with open arms, providing you with the happiest life imaginable, be it in CO or IL! As you say, Buddy, no matter where you and your pawrents may call home, life is good as long as you're together, including Aunt Betty!

What a lucky family is yours, Buddy, having been blessed with a fur son as special as you! Beautiful inside and out, just as sweet as can be, you truly are purrfection on 4 paws! And as if there could be anything more to recommend you, serious *bonus points* for brushing your own teeth! What a great pic!!!

Thanks for taking some time out of your busy day to paw off a note to us, Buddy! Meeting you today, learning a bit about your wonderful, carefree and love filled life, seeing your fab photos has been such a treat! I hope you're being treated to a very special Cat of the Day celebration, Buddy...playing tag and "Angry Birds," watching the hummingbirds at the feeder; napping atop your cat tower; savoring those tasty, Dad fed treats and cuddling with your Mom; being spoiled to the max and loved to pieces! Dearest Buddy, you are absolutely adorable indeed! What a gorgeous Orange Tabby guy you are! Thank you for sharing those delightful photos with us. My absolutely adorable Orange Tabby girl Sparkler says "Hello, Meow!" You are so pretty with that pale orange Tabby-patterned fur that looks so soft. What a sweet face you have, with that cute pink nose and those lovely orange eyes that match your fur. That marking on the top of your head looks like it just might be heart-shaped. And what a great job you're doing brushing your teeth! I wish I could reach through the screen and over to Martinez, CA and pet you! I can't, of course, but I know your loving and beloved Purrrents will pet you for me .

What a delightful Purrrsonality you have! You have a very busy schedule, don't you.. watching the hummingbirds at the feeders, playing tag or with your Angry Birds toy, napping in the sun or wherever you want, chewing on your own toothbrush while mom brushes you, eating, taking long naps in your tower, sleeping next to Mom at night and enjoying your three treats from Dad each day.

And what a wonderful story you have to tell! You were born on April Fool's Day eleven years ago, and your terrific Purrrents-to-be adopted you from the Humane Society at PetSmart in Colorado when you were just three months old. We thank those fine Humane Society people for keeping you safe and introducing you to your Purrrents-to-be, and we thank your dear Purrrents for choosing rescue and adoption and welcoming you into their home and family! Living in the mountains was nice, but you couldn't go outside because of wild animals. Then you and your Purrrents moved to Illinois to be near family again, especially Auntie Betty. Life is good, no matter what, isn't it! You all love each other very much, don't you. What a wonderful love-filled home you share!
