    Love Those Green Eyes

I am so glad you found a loving home. You are such a handsome man. I love your fluffy orange fur and those beautiful green eyes I can tell your humans love you very much. I have an orange tabby that followed me in one day from getting the mail. I didn't even know he followed me in until my other cats started hissing at him. He was very skinny and dirty. I know you knew which human to pick for your home. Congratulations on beig Cat Of The Day. I hope you get plenty of treats and rubs from your humans today and every day!

    WOW, WOW, WOW
Such eyes, such whiskers, such furrrrr!!! MMMMMMMM. No wonder, your human took you in as soon as you appeared. He/she was afraid someone else would take you.
I'm in love here. The picture is amazing. Not showing it to Juni, she'll kill me if I don't take her to St. Augustine Beach, Florida, USA. It's not cheap, I tell you.

Congratulations, Ian. What a beautiful boy! Two of our cats were strays as well - and they are the ones with the nicest temperments.

    Fluffy Orange Ian

Ian, I agree that strays can be the BEST! So can rescues and fosters (I fostered a Siamese boycat and failed miserably as a foster mom when I fell in love with him and couldn't let him be adopted--he is on my lap this moment). Your beauty is amazing and your sweet personality divine. May you always be your mama's Cat of The Day!

    Strays make the best cats

I just wanted to add that three of my cats were cats noone wanted. Manny picked me. I guess he saw how fat my cats are when they sit in the front window. LOL
Doobie got thrown out by a jilted boyfriend. She would come to see when I went to visit her first humans. Doobie even tried to leave with me once LOL! Francine's mom is a chocolate siamese so they grow into their colors and being the runt of the litter noone wanted her either. Manny is napping in my lap right now as I type this.
Ian is so handsome and I am so glad he was saved from a life out on the streets. You are a welcome addtion to Cat Of The Day. I think you have it going on! Come visit me and my cat pride anytime sweet cute Ian!

    Hello Ian!

We really enjoyed meeting you this morning! You really are a lucky boy, and we agree with your loving purrson completely... "I'd urge anybody to give a stray a warm, loving home. It's been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life." Everyone in the Cat Happy Pride was a stray who came to us lost or hurt or both, and they give back love every day of their furry little lives!

I looked at all the caged animals in
    the shelter...the cast-offs of human
society. I saw in their eyes love and
hope, fear and dread, sadness and
betrayal. And I was angry. "God," I said,
"this is terrible! Why don't you do something?
"God was silent for a moment,
and then spoke softly, "I have done
    something. I created you."

Ian, you are indeed a very handsome guy! Catgratulations on being today's most purrrecious Cat of the Day - and Paw applause to your purrson from the entire Pride for giving you such a loving home!
