Gorgeous, Lovely Yuna!
Dearest Yuna Yoko, what a beautiful lady you are! You are absolutely stunning with your soft-looking Tuxedo fur in such an interesting pattern, complete with that white stripe down your back! And what a sweet face you have with those long white whiskers and that pretty pink nose and those lovely big pale-green eyes. That "battle scar" above your left eye does indeed add to your charm. Thank you for sharing those great photos with us! You are adorable in every one of them. I wish I could reach through the screen and down to Arkansas to pet you! I can't, of course, but I know your loving and beloved Meowmie will pet you for me
.
And what a delightful story you have to tell! You and your litter-mates were abandoned outside a vet's door when you were kittens. The vet took you in, cared for you, then brought you to the local shelter. From there you got to go to Petsmart to be admired by potential adopters. Your dear new Meowmie-to-be and her boyfriend met you there, and the rest is history! You and she have moved around some, but you will always be together. She chose the name Yuna for you, and it's Purrrfect, as you are indeed a Yuna kitty! You let people know when you want attention or are hungry by swatting at their feet. You love catnip and love to roll around in it. You were in Meowmie's lap as she wrote her tribute to you, making sure she didn't leave anything out.
Your dear Meowmie gives you the very best care. You have a flea allergy (the source of your battle scar), but with vet treatment it has long been under control and you are in the best of health. Meowmie feeds you only the best cat food and sometimes treats you with your very favorite dish, salmon! You and she love each other deeply, don't you. What a wonderful love-filled home you share!
Congratulations, darling Yuna, on being chosen today's Cat of the Day! We hope you and your dear Meowmie and all your family and friends are enjoying a fine celebration, full of fun and lovies and all your favorite games and treats, maybe even some special catnip and salmon!

I meant," said Ipslore bitterly, "what is there in this world that truly makes living worthwhile?"
Death thought about it.
CATS, he said eventually. CATS ARE NICE.
