Dearest Keke, what a beautiful girl you are! You are so pretty with that grey tabby and white fur that looks so soft, and that sweet face with the lovely big pale-green eyes. And thank you for sharing those great photos with us! What an adorable kitten you were (and you've grown up just as adorable), and how nice to see you cuddled up with one of your kitten pals and then with Meowmie. That infant in the last photo is precious beyond words! I wish I could reach through the screen and over to West Virginia to pet you, and pet your kitty housemates, too. I can't, of course, but I know your loving and beloved Meowmie will pet you all for me
.
What a delightful, uplifting story you have to tell! You were found outside, a feral kitten in a tire, by your skin-sister-to-be's boyfriend. Three days later, after your mom didn't come back, he brought you home. You were dehydrated and hungry but checked out okay with the vet, so you came home to your Furrrever family! You love to play hide and seek, and you love your treats and going outside on nice days with Meowmie. You're also very affectionate, super-loving and super-soft, with a loud, loud purr. You're the first cat she ever had, and you turned her into a cat-person all right! She and the family enjoy having you so much, they now have three other kitties and Meowmie volunteers at the local shelter! We thank her very much for that, helping so many other kitties be rescued and find good homes. You and Meowmie and all your family members, all species, love each other very much, don't you. What a wonderful love-filled home you share!
Congratulations, darling Keke, on being chosen today's Cat of the Day! We hope you and your dear Purrrsons and kitty housemates and all your family and friends are enjoying a fine celebration, full of fun and lovies and all your favorite games and treats.

I meant," said Ipslore bitterly, "what is there in this world that truly makes living worthwhile?"
Death thought about it.
CATS, he said eventually. CATS ARE NICE.
