    What a sleek, neatly attired boy you are, Maddox! We are so glad your person nominated you. How interesting that's how you got your name, as several of the Jolie-Pitt children are adoptees like yourself! We can see why you caught you new forever human's eye that day, and we are glad she was there to meet you and fall in love! How fun you are such a smart kitty, and I bet there is some Russian Blue in your family tree somewhere, with that mostly steel-blue coat and triangular face! But your looks are just part of the package. It is nice you are smart enough to have learned several commands, and can even open cupboards on your own! You sound like a very much loved kitty. Maddox! Congratulations, it is your big day! You are Cat of the Day!

    Dearest Maddox, what a handsome grey kitty you are! Your whiskers and your nose are grey like your fur, and what lovely pale-green eyes you have! You very likely do have some Russian Blue heritage, with that suede-like grey fur. I wish I could reach through the screen to Burnsville, MN to pet you! I can't, but I know your loving and beloved Purrrson will pet you a lot for me .

    And what a delightful Purrrsonality you have! You know how to get treats, open cupboards, have a nap, and play with your toy mice and the laser light. You love to get a head massage and eat tuna. We're so glad your Purrrson and you adopted each other at the animal clinic. You love each other dearly, don't you. What a wonderful love-filled home you share!

    Congratulations, darling Maddox, on being selected today's Cat of the Day! We hope you and your dear Purrrson and all your family and friends are enjoying a fine celebration, full of fun and lovies and all your favorite games and treats, perhaps even some more tuna!

Not only are you *star* material in your own right, Maddox, you just happened to be be named after the son of one of the most well known celebrity couples in the world! Your namesake would be proud, knowing that a kitty as beautiful and loving as you shares his name! You had a rough start at life, Maddox, but thanks to your rescuers, to the animal clinic and your forever human, you're finally living the good life! How lucky your human is, having a beautiful, best furry friend, a furkid as special as you in her/his life! You're BEAUTIFUL, inside and out!!!
