She made it she is home for Christmas!

We made it!! Maxie is home, and seems to be settling in nicely. There were some tense moments between her and Angel, but they seem to have come to some sort of an understanding. They aren't quite buddies, but I think it time, it will come.
The cat is another story altogether . She wants to chase PussCat...badly! The poor thing has lived on top of the freezer since yesterday. Every time she tries to come down, Maxie wants to chase her. Jeff and I tell her "No chase the kitty" and just "NO", but it doesn't seem to be working. I've e-mailed her foster dad for advice.
Maxie is such a lovebug! Wants to hug. And let me tell you, when you've been hugged by a 110 pound rottie, you know that you've been hugged!! Everyone who helped with her transport went on and on about how sweet she is. The lady who kept her overnight even went and bought her a new christmas collar and leash. She looks fabulous in it! When Santa bring me my digital camera, I'll be sure to post lots of pics.
I'll keep everyone up to date on the kitty-chasing.
