It may interdigital cysts. It looks like a red swelling that pops up between the dogs toes.Originally posted by bigw66

Try soaking the paw in warm water and Epsom Salts, and then dry well. If you have it rub in some Panalog ointment or hemorhoid cream. That may help if it is a cyst.
I am not certain how prone to these cysts Sharpeis are. You might want to check with the vet too.
