    Avril Lavigne:Hot or Not?(Not Pet Realated)

    Hey, I was just wondering what your music tastes are is Avril Lavigne Hot or not? I know her new hit "Im with you" totally rocks. Sk8ter Boi and Complicated are totally up on the music chart.     I guess I don't *get it*. How is she the "anti-britney"? She's just like her, different clothes, etc. It's still mainstream music, which seems to be what she's against.

    I also can't stand her skater vs. preppy thing. How old is that? Skater culture has been *cool* for ages now, far more than being preppy.

    I tend not to take too much interest in who sings the songs I like. I'm not even sure if the radio stations I listen to play her music?

    Just checked the playlist at STAR....yep, they play her. So, I guess I do like her music!

    I think she's really great And I don't really care about looks in a singer.. if I like how they sound it doesn't make a difference what they look like to me.

    Her songs are waaaaaay overplayed and she really annoys me. It seems like she's trying SOOOOO hard to convey an image instead of just being HERSELF. I wish she'd just chill out. I run out of the room screaming when she comes on tv, hehe

    I have no idea what she looks like, nor do I care, really. I've only heard one of her songs, "Complicated", and I REALLY like that song. So ... I guess I'm not much help, here, am I?

    it depends on my mood. Sometimes I like her other times I don't. I got a little sick of listening to her though when the guy I work with in the back put her cd on repeat. Have to show her a little bit of support though, after all she is a fellow Canadian.
