    Leaky Roof

We had a thunderstorm come through today and Mom and I found 2 leaks,a crack in the plaster in the living room inside of the window and behind the bar downstairs next to the cellar so Mom called a roofer, will come and look at it tomorrow and going to be done on Friday,it was last done in August of 1994,was supposed to last at least until next year so no other way ,it has to be a new roof.
thanks very much devon. I have been boo'd.

As a home owner, I know how annoying this is. Maintenance seems to be never ending!

Do have the roofer look at those 2 cracks to be sure those are related to a roof issue.

I sympathize with you because I am a single homeowner and it seems like there is always something needing fixed or going wrong.

Yes, you get a 20 or 30 year "guaratee" with a roof but that is never an exact science unfortunately.
