    Pre-Meditation Grooming Exercises (aka Finding your Zen)

    As we are all very well aware Cats have processes and we hoomans need to be aware of these processes in order to respect a Cat's Zen. This morning Eve gave me a thorough lesson in understanding Pre-Meditation Grooming followed by her very Zen state. She was extremely patience with me and I adore her indulgence. To begin:

    Find a perfect sun puddle (preferably one with a rythmic design pattern) and begin to assess the self

    Dear sweet Eve! What a wonderful demonstration you've given of the pre-meditation grooming exercises! You are a gorgeous model! We also have an abridged version here that consists of walking in a circle on the designated meditating spot, then settling in.
