Hello Lego, You are such a cute sweet little dog!! You look like my LilGirl; you two would be cute playing if she wasnt afraid of you. Poor little fella, all alone and found on the streets with a bad foot but you were rescued. I'm sorry you had to have a leg amputated but you do ok, dont you? No doubt you love your human and vice versa. I enjoyed all the photos and I am so glad you have a good home now. Congrats on being DOTD!

    Lego is my hero!

Hi Lego! Happy Dog of the Day to you from me and my 3-legger, Tigg'r the kitty!
Oh, how utterly adorable you are, Lego; so sweet you (and your story) bring tears to my eyes! Your video is a total heart melter, Lego! OMG, just look at you so joyfully, and with ease, scamper about in the snow!!! And I have to say, Lego, that is one stylin' outfit you have on there, sweatshirt with matching collar! Ocean blue is definitely your color!

I'm so very sorry to hear of your very sad start at life, sweetheart. But thankfully you were rescued in time, before any more harm or injury could come to you, and oh, didn't you hit the jackpot when it comes to forever families! It's no fun having to undergo an amputation, to lose a limb. But like my Tigg, you have the most resilient spirit, unwilling to let the loss of a limb keep you from enjoying life, your family, to the max! Your courage and can do attitude is an inspiration to us all, just as my Tigg's recovery has been for me! (He jumped up on the counter his first day home from the hospital, 3 days post op!)

What a treasure of a furkid your Mommy has in you, Lego; you and she make one terrific team! And I just know that you and she are going to have such a wonderful time, sharing your love and devotion for each other, the laughs and smiles, for many years to come!
Enjoy your much deserved, extra special Sunday Dog of the Day reign, Lego, being spoiled rotten and loved to pieces!
Hugs and kisses to you, adorable Lego!

    Star,Tigg'r , Mollie and the10 Gallon Gang!

And my Rainbow Bridge Furangels...Jingles, Cody, Fritz, Chessa, Satin, Buddy, Lizzie, Oliver, Squeaker, Moonbeam, Rosie, Ruby~

Oh my goodness, Lego - that is quite a story. You have certainly been thru a lot in your young life, but I can tell that you are a trooper and nothing can stop you if you are determined to do it. It's so wonderful that you have such a loving and caring home, and ones to watch over you. Lucky pup! I hope you have a very long and happy and healthy life ahead of you. Smooches to you, dear boy!

I have an idea that will solve your problem when you have to lift your leg to pee. SQUAT instead!!! Seriously - when my boy Sparky is feeling lazy, he squats instead of lifting his leg - and he has all 4 legs!
