PLEASE! OMG CAN SOMEONE HELP THIS POOR INNOCENT SOUL!!!

I am writing with a desperate plea to save the life of a beautiful approximately 3-4 year old cat named Coco. I have attached her picture. Coco is sitting in our local high kill city shelter where her time is running out. Her story is a lifetime of sadness and neglect. Coco was found and spayed under a feral cat program as she is ear tipped. Somehow she made our way to our local humane society. She was adopted there 2 years ago by a person who has adopted 7 cats from there. Coco was found last week in a dumpster in a bad neighborhood. She had clearly been tortured. She was found strangled with her collar shoved down her throat and emaciated with her tongue rotted off and no teeth. In spite of this she is a sweet, gentle and loving girl desperate to survive. She nearly died the night she was brought into the shelter but somehow rallied and survived! Because she has no teeth and only a partial tongue she cannot eat well or drink on her own. She needs either to be syringe fed or be fed through a feeding tube. She has been doing well and getting stronger and proved how strong her will to survive is. Sadly, her stray hold is now up and the owner was unable to be located. She is now going to be euthanized if nobody takes her. She needs a sanctuary where her feeding needs can be met. She has had such a sad life and you look into her eyes and see the pain she has been through. She wants to live and deserves a chance to have a life where she isn't abused and doesn't deserve to die. We don't have any kind of place like that for her in our area. Someone told me about your organization and it sounds like the miracle that Coco needs. If we can get someone to take her in the shelter will let us take her and fly her out to you instead of killing her. Please, let me know immediately if there is someway you can help save this poor girl. Look at the attached picture and you will see how beautiful and sweet she is when you look into her eyes. I have found someone who can temporarily feed her until transportation arrangements could be made to get her from NY to Utah, but obviously we need to know that you can accept her first.
