    A very homesick puppy :(

    Zoey is here for a long weekend. I picked her up last night. She is very homesick. I'm giving her all of the loving I have to give. She hasn't really eaten much except for some cat Hors d'Oeuvres that she has snuck from their bowls.

    I took her to get her nails trimmed today, shared a burger with her at the park and then took her to my parents' house for a visit. They are 89 and 90 and they loved seeing her but she was out of sorts and clung to me for awhile. I'm thinking she wasn't thrilled about the nail trim but they needed it and she won't let the kids do it.

    Now we are back home and she is sleeping for the last couple hours.

    Most of the pics I have so far are her sleeping. Gosh I LOVE this dog so much!

    She heard a noise before we went inside when I got back with her last night. Isn't her expression funny?



    I just happened to snap this one while she was yawning.



    This one I love of her sweet sleeping face!



    This is one of her sound asleep after we got home from our busy day.



    And last but not least, a sleepy puppy face when she woke up. "I miss my mom and dad."

    That yawn photo is just begging for a caption, isn't it? Ha ha haaa.

    She is so shiny! Beautiful coat. I think she will be fine, just missing the folks a bit. Such a pretty girl!

    She's doing better today. She slept all night in my bed with me. Woke up this morning and she was all wiggly/waggly happy. Took her for walkies and gave her breakfast. She sure does love sleeping on my couch.

    I gave her a round of extra kisses for everybody.
