Relax, and just keep an eye on them. It often takes a few days for kittens to sort things out. She's brand new to your home, and still likely freaked out by the whole transition, anyway. For tonight, try keeping them in separate rooms, maybe shut her in the bathroom while you are asleep, to give them both a break but let them still be able to smell each other.

Then in the morning, when you let her out, make sure there is somewhere she can go if he is bothering her, and keep a spray bottle of water handy to spritz him if he starts getting aggressive with her as well. Do not force any interaction, let them come to it at their own speed, okay?

Cats are naturally solitary critters, unlike dogs that live in packs. Get yourself a cheap plastic spray bottle and fill it with water, and that will help distract him, even if it doesn't make him run away!

    Hello and Welcome!

I suspected from your write up that you were from a dog back ground. LOL Dogs basically sniff butts and run off together for a game of chase!

Cats are a whole 'nother story. You've done well, getting the second while they are both young, as the process will be MUCH easier. Introducing an adult cat into a house of adult cats can take 3 weeks or more.

Make sure you have 2 litter boxes. Other than that, take it slowly. They will come around quickly due to their age, wanting to play. He is thinking THIS IS ALL MY TERRITORY, and she is thinking OH GOSH I'VE BEEN PUT IN A BAD SPOT HERE but they will come around.

Freedom is right. Cats ARE a whole nother story!!

You need to isolate the newbie in another room, especially when you're not home to supervise. Let her out while you are there and keep a squirt bottle handy. Rub both cats down with a rag and let the female smell the male's scent, and vice versa. It's probably going to take a week or so until they start feeling comfortable with each other. Since cats can be unpredictable, it could take a little more or a little less.

If you can, feed them side by side, as this will give them a positive experience. Cats can be bribed with food. They LOVE food!!!

Rule of Thumb: One litterbox per cat, so you'll need two.

Get lots toys so they have will have something in common.

Are these babies spayed/neutered? If not, you need to be careful as kittens CAN reproduce. Don't want an unwanted litter.

^^ What she said, with an emphasis on SEPARATION!!! So many people rush the introductions, and it can lead to a HUGE issue. Keep them separated for a minimum of two weeks, and after one week, do a few meet and greats, but return them to their own space.
