    That cartoon is funny , but they have a point.
    I have always felt that spaying and neutering a Stray Cat ^^ or Dog should be tax deductable, atht would save a lot of money in the long term, and spare a lot of Lost Kittens and Puppies a sad fate!!!

    Last year I mentioned a tax credit for spay/neuter (with a limit) while meeting with my MP here in Cochrane. He and his assistant thought it a good idea, and the assistant was going to send me the info on submitting something to be considered for the federal budget.

    Harper and his wife foster cats for the Ottawa Humane Society, and there is a list of all provincial shelters in every province and territory in Canada on the PM's website. Canadians are encouraged to foster. There's at least one thing to like about the guy...

    Blake Richards has an open house about once a month at the local Dodge dealership. I think I shall go in with a reminder...and a copy of this cartoon!
