Good Sunday morning to you, Kona!

A shelter puppy finds a furever home, what a great story. And I must say, having August 4th as the beginning of your new life is great, that is my birthday, ha ha haaa. Bound to be lucky for you!

I think this family was lulled into peacefulness, having had "the perfect dog." Oh my, I do hope they realize you are KONA the MAGNIFICENT, and being perfect may not be in your vocabulary! HA HA HA HAAAAA

That is so cool that you met your sister and had a play time with her! FUN! is a puppy's middle name, and you sure are living up to that. Maybe your folks can arrange for the 2 of you to meet a few times a year.

One of my bichons is in Agility, and we see 2 Anatolians in Agility as well. With all your bouncing activity, chasing frisbees and leaping great heights, perhaps you would enjoy Agility, flyball or another of the dog athletic programs! It helps you direct all the bouncing energy. You have to start with basic obedience classes, and puppies have to wait for their growth plates to settle before they are allowed to do jumps. But the training and focus is great it carries over to so much more of your life.

And what a life it will be, with you in the mountains, and having so much FUN! Have a wonderful day, KONA! Hugs and belly rubs are being sent your way.

Three cheers for rescues, rescuers, and the wonderful, caring, compassionate humans who choose to go the rescue route; folks such as your caring forever humans! YOU, beautful Kona, are living, walking, woofing proof of the priceless rewards of adoption, and what a gem of a pup your parents have in you! (The ears alone have my heart melted in a puddle of mush) What a simply precious puppy you were, and what a handsome, athletic, smart as a whip big boy you're growing up to be! And oh yeah, you're going to be a BIG boy! And of course you've still got that um, "puppytude" about you! But you're already learning your manners, and with time you'll no doubt be the best behaved pup in the neighborhood!

I'm so sorry to hear of the passing of beloved predecessor. We here all can relate to the indescriable pain the comes with the loss of a heart furkid, and we send to your family our most heartfelt condolences. And while it's clear you have some miighty impressive, big pawprints to fill, I do believe you're more than up to the task, and will make your family, and your beloved predecessor, proud! No other pup can or should replace another in our hearts. But with time you will take your very own special place in their hearts, loved equally but uniquely, for the very special boy that you are!

Hope you're treated to a very special, fun and adventure filled day, celebrating to the max with your humans, and perhaps your fursis, too! You are a very handsome fella, that's for sure. I love your black
mask & beautiful brown eyes. You can tell by the mix of pictures that you
have already started growing up to be a big boy. You sound like a very
