    Tomorrow's the day - Nov 3 - Update and Thanks

    Tomorrow is Mediation/Arbitration day! Met with my lawyer this afternoon to finalize our material. I will meet her tomorrow morning at her office and we will go to the med/arb together to ensure my safety. We are now set to begin at 10:30 am MDT and can go until 5 pm. If we are not done it will spill over to Friday (gosh I hope not!). My lawyer will walk me to the train afterward, again to ensure I am safe.

    By Saturday it could be all over aside from waiting for the arbitration ruling, which will take 45 days.
