bird rescue???

i am looking to get another bird. i do not want to buy it from a petstore. does anyone know of a bird rescue in indiana or illinois???or an aviary? or a breeder?

another cockatile or a larger parrot,or a macaw.anything would be great.i've had my fill of budgies though.lol.

I don't know about your area, but my local humane society just adopted one out a couple of days ago. Chk with a local shelter.

i check my shelter all the time! oh,well the right birdie will come along............i hate waiting!!!
