    Gut Pesach! to Pet Talk

"Why is this night different from all other nights?"

May Passover be filled with happy times for you and your families, and may the joys you share remain throughout the year.
I meant," said Ipslore bitterly, "what is there in this world that truly makes living worthwhile?"
    Death thought about it.
CATS, he said eventually. CATS ARE NICE.

Good Passover to all those who celebrate.

I had a lot of Jewish friends in college, and they put on a Seder and invited some non-Jewish folks, including me. We all helped cook, read the rituals, and learned a lot. I think it's good to learn about others' faiths. The food and wine were delicious, too!

Friends of ours did that a couple of years ago - we have a good number of Jewish friends.

    Good Passover to all!

I was reading an article on Pesach just last night! It was fascinating, and for the observant Jew, seemed pretty overwhelming of a task- preparing the house for Pesach!!!

It's a good way to get spring cleaning done. From what I understand, in order to be in compliance, every speck of leavened bread, yeast, etc. must be cleaned out. There's even a Yiddish word (I forget what it is) for the "dust" left behind that's too fine to clean up. I bet a lot of Jews purchase strong Hepa vacuums to prep for Passover!

Happy Passover to all our Jewish friends! The city we live in has a high percentage of Jewish residents, so our supermarkets have had the matzoh on display for a couple weeks!
