A very happy Cat of the Day to you, beautiful Boo Boo!The strength and determination of our beloved furry friends, all of our companion animals, never ceases to amaze me! What a fighter, a true survivor you are, Boo Boo! It breaks my heart, reading of your and your sib Poncho's horrific start at life, and I'm so sorry your sight was not able to be saved (though your couldn't be more beautiful if you tried). But, in true feline style, you haven't allowed your challenge to keep you from enjoying every moment of your happy life to its fullest! Your courage and indomitable spirit, Poncho's too, is an inspiration to us all, human and furry ones alike!

In spite of your blindness, you certainly know your way around, and you can even retrieve the paper balls your human throw.

You are a beautiful boy, Boo Boo, and I especially like the big freckle at the base of your whiskers. What a miracle that you and Poncho were rescued from the lizard. You must have been terrified of that awful creature. I'm sorry your sight couldn't be saved but you have made a wonderful adjustment, and seem to be living life the same as any healthy kitty. I admire your courage and tenacity, Boo Boo, and your family deserves recognition for taking such good care of you. You are a hero, Boo Boo and a great COTD!
