    Goodbye Jack LaLanne

He had wonderful white dogs that would show up on his shows.

I remember seeing his shows when I was a little kid. I didn't try the exercises, but his enthusiasm made him someone I liked to watch.

In this day of so many fitness videos, DVDs and TV fitness shows, I salute the pioneer who started it all, alone in his field.

    RIP, Jack. You done good.

My Mum watched his show and did most of the exercises, every morning when I was a child. I think she got me to do some too.

    Quite the pioneer.

Yes - I remember his shows - tho he never inspired me to exercise! I remember his white dog more than the show too! Of course, my ex thought he was the next Jack LaLanne - a legend in his own mind. Yeah - he was in good shape - but not as great as he thought!!!

RIP Jack - Jim didn't even come close!
