Kitten in Tampa, FL SHE IS HOME!!!

Friend of mine on FB, in Tampa, picked up a kitten by the roadside this evening.

    She can't keep it.

She took the wee one to the ER vet and learned: female, SPAYED, about 3 months old. Ear is tipped, and there is a tattoo. And due to all this the ER figures it has vaccines as well. ER refused to keep the kitten.

Friend plans to take kitten to her vet in the morning.

I just thought I'd post on here in case anyone in the area is interested!

edit: LOL so this morning, Friend gets ready to take kitten to her vet. And starts crying. Hubs drives, they go, kitty gets all checked out and friend is almost sobbing now. Hubs says, "Aw let's keep her!" LOL

Does the tattoo have any info, like a number so she might already belong to someone? Have they checked those registries?

Apparently it is part of the TNRM program she is / was in.
Neither the vets nor the regular vet this morning thought it was necessary to follow up on it.

Kitten has, and is being treated for coccidia and roundworm.

Yeah, I thought the tipped ear was a dead giveaway that it was part
of a TNR program.I was saddened to think it was left on it's own though.

I'm glad the kitten now has a home.
