Oh, be still my Retriever loving heart! What a pleasure it is, to be the first to congratulate you on your big day, beautiful girl! With your love for squeakies and stuffies, food and WATER, (especially muddy) is there any doubting you're all Retriever? What a precious little puppy you were, and what a lovely young lady you're grown up to be! That picture of you, posing so proudly beside your beloved mentor Holly, all decked out in your holiday neckwear, is heart melting. (Those festive, matching ankle bracelets are just the best! hehe) And gotta love a canine sports fan. especially one willing to let her Mommy dress her up!

I'm so sorry for you and your Mom, that Holly had to live for the Bridge. But she did one fine job helping to raise you, and her legacy of love clearly lives on though you, Bridgette! I'm sure Holly, as she does every day, is looking down over you all this Saturday, so proud to see her protege being named Dog of the Day! And so I think we should dedicate your reign to you and Holly both! Your Mommy, your soul mate and best friend for life, is so blessed, having a beautiful, loving best furkid in you, dear Bridgette (just as she was, Holly)!
