I finally found out what became of my old church building. It was a Lutheran church where I was baptized and attended for 60 years. Since the congregation disbanded in 2009, I was afraid tha the building would be sold to someone who would make office space or doctor's offices out of it. I'm happy to say that it will remain a church. A full Gospel congregation is using it for services. While not Lutheran, at least people will still worship there.
